At Chandler & Hall the safety and wellbeing of everyone ... our clients and our team is paramount.
We are continually reviewing the government guidelines around the Covid-19 pandemic and developing appropriate plans to make the salon a Covid-19 safe environment for clients to visit and our team to work.
What to expect at your appointment ...

If you are testing positive for Covid-19 ahead of your visit, please do not attend the salon. Seek appropriate medical advice and contact us by phone or email to cancel/reschedule your appointment.

To help us socially distance, please arrive at the time of your scheduled appointment and no sooner to minimise waiting time in the salon.

Please attend alone for your appointment or with one chaperone for children's appointments.

When entering the salon, if you are able to wear a face mask or face covering we would appreciate that.

On arrival you will find our Covid QR scanner barcode on the door if you wish to log your visit. We also hold booking details for all appointments which can be used for contact tracing if ever it may be required.

Each of our stylists will be wearing and mask and visor during your appointment.
